Default 2004 Polaris Trail Boss Coil

Hi: I was changing the spark plug on my 2004 Polaris Trail Boss and the piece that snaps onto the spark plug (inside the boot that goes over the spark plug) broke off and stayed on the plug. So, I need to change the spark plug wire but cannot see the coil.

I slide the boot onto the plug and the ATV seems to run OK but it is definitely not snapped onto the plug.

Can you tell me what is involved in getting the coil so that I can change the plug wire?

Many thanks...
Rob

Coil is mounted under the front panel that just pops off. Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Honda, Arctic Cat & Polaris OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse
You can just replace the spark plug cap available either from most local auto supply companies, cycle shops, etc for less than dealers price.Average $5 to $10. It's just an NGK resistor plug cap.. Dealer will want about $26 just for the cap, online oem about $18 to $20.
