Default T-Bap huh??

My 06 700 efi sportsman was throwing codes 41 and 45. At higher speeds my rev were cutting out like I was reaching limits for my rev limiter.
After reading here about the T-bap fix I ordered and changed out the plug at the sensor.
The bike stopped throwing out any codes after the fix but I still have no top end,it still cuts out on me.
Help!?!!

If you replaced the T-bap harness and connector repair kit and top end is still an issue, you could have other problems causing this. A weak fuel pump could cause problems. If you have access to a fuel pressure gauge and adapter for the fuel rail, the pump should hold a constant 39 psi with no drop in pressure. https://polaris.spx.com/Detail.aspx?id=238&cat=1&sub=6 Plus at this cost it might be cheaper just to have it hooked up to Digital Wrench rather than purchasing a one time use tool to help isolate the problem.

I tested the fuel pressure and got 40lbs steady. When revving the motor it dropped to 38lbs and back up to 40. Just turning on the key without starting it was 40lbs and dropped slowly.
I also changed plugs to the NGK. It runs awesome until what sounds like a rev limiter kicking in but I am only going about 35mph.
Frustrated!!!!

Still shows no codes

This could now just be a simple recalibration of the ecu that's needed.Could be the source of the limiting problem.I know most people resist the dealer, but the cost of usually one hour labor on Digital Wrench can probably find the problem. Efi is great when running right, but at times there's only so much the average guy can do with just hand tools and an ohm meter.
