I charged my battery and I can not get any power even to the lights. ATV runs fine, if I use the pull start, but I am trying to get the electrical issues fixed.

 

Check your connections but sounds like the main 20 amp circuit breaker's probably corroded inside the sealed pouch.Sends power to lights,for starter,etc. Located up from the battery usually tucked up under left rear fender area. If it doesn't have 12 volts on wire going in and out of the pouch,slice the pouch open and check it out. Cheap part available at almost all auto stores. If that's the problem seal the pouch up with silicone or electrical grease and taped it up after you replace it.
