My Polaris xplorer 400 keeps derailing the chain going from the main drive sprocket (by the foot brake) to the front drive sprocket (to engage awd). Any thoughts on the problem?

 

Checked slack? Should be around 1/4" or so and that's pretty tight. The middle chain had to be adjusted first. When you tighten the middle chain the front chain loosens.Only other reasons I can see for this to happen is the chain may be worn,have some stiff links causing it to jump the sprocket or the bearings in the eccentrics may be worn.

 

Where could I get a radiator for a 96 Polaris xplorer 400? I've been looking all over. Even a local parts dealer can't get me one.
