Default 2000 expedition how to bypass neutral

I have a 2000 Polaris expedition 425 that I cant get the neutral light to come on but the bike is in neutral and will pull start just wont engage the starter when the light isn't on. I want to know how to bypass this all and be able to start it when its in gear.

Problem could be in the gear position switch itself. Item #15.Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse or even the reverse actuator that I did have problems with. Item #31. Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse I'd check the switch first. As far as bypassing neutral indicator? We didn't sell enough of these models to even experiment on. Best to have a manual if you're trying something like that.http://visit.tradebit.com/visit.php/...75/264163829/9
