My two cents worth is to keep it stock. I know there are probably some some aftermarket exhausts but that in itself won't make that much difference other than making it louder. The best thing you can do other than trying to modify the engine is to install a clutch kit. Here's one.https://epiperformance.com/sport-utility-16/ If that isn't good enough then you can go to this place. They have it all.Aaen Performance - Polaris ATV Clutch Kits

A clutch kit will make it feel like it gained power. You won't gain any top end speed but it will be quicker.

Rotella T6 5w40 is a good cheap oil to use.Use the stock Ngk Bkr6es plug. Don't under stand why the rack removal just for relocating lights as the rack also offers mounting for the oil cooler screen along with some protection for the oil cooler itself.

Clutches didn't change from the 2003-2013 models. Still used the same 3211077 belts also.Just get the cheaper kit as the difference in kits is the 130 buck belt that's added on one kit.Oem belts are better you can get for 70 bucks or so if needed. Plug gap is.036 per the manual.

I'd keep the 11 tooth front and 40 rear as it's a good ratio, plus adding a clutch kit will help if that's what you want. 3211077 is the oem part number for the Polaris belt. Plenty of cheaper or even higher priced belts out there but this is the best.85 12 Polaris Trail Boss 250 325 330 Clutch Drive Transmission Belt 3211077 | eBay
