ATV is getting good fuel, battery is good. It will not turn over or even think of turning over. New spark plug. It was running fine parked it for a couple weeks went to start again and nothing.

I am thinking it may be something to do with the carborator itself. Would like to get some expert opinion.

 

If it has spark,shoot a little starting fluid through the air box snorkel. If it tries to run,then I head for the carb next.
