OK people, I am on the hunt for a fuel filter regulator and the plastic harness it sits. I have found that a new regulator can be picked u[ at a parts store, but I CANNOT find the plastic housing/harness it sits in. CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT??????

 

Pump kits with the regulator are as cheap as 40 bucks.https://www.ebay.com/itm/Polaris-Spo...!US!-1&vxp=mtr If the plastic part you're talking about is part of the complete pump assembly housing,then an auto store is your best bet on trying to find it or matching the whole assembly up to yours..

 

Thanks for the link OPT! But I am more so looking for the housing the regulator sits into. I've somehow lost it.

 

Bummer but a parts house may still be able to help. From what I've read(can't believe everything you read though) Some older Toyota fuel pumps were close to the pumps Polaris used.

 

Did you find a solution to this? My is cracked completely through it.

 

I know i'm super late, but I found a replacement for the regulator housing/holder. Comes off a 1999 Ford Explorer fuel sending unit.

 

So if i buy the fuel pump of a 1999 Ford Explorer i can use the housing for my 05 Polaris 800 Sportmans fuel regulator correct?
