Shouldn't be shredding belts. Take the cover off and make sure the belt is tracking center of the one way bearing in the front clutch. If it's not you may have to shim out the rear clutch. Lift kits, big tires take a toll on suspension parts, clutches, belts and also transmissions. Make sure you use low anytime you're under 7mph and especially under a load. Using high range can jump inside cover temps up to 140 degrees or more according to the engineers I talked to. I had a chart on the wall with 7 or 8 ways a belt could be destroyed. All but one was caused by operator error.Their are plenty of clutch kits and aftermarket clutches out there. Don't know if that would help or not but here's an example from Epi.https://epiperformance.com/sportsman-4/ Plus if you're using aftermarket belts that could be another reason. All most all members will say to stay with oem belts no matter the brand of atv.

Awesome thank you for the input I will most certainly check to make sure the belt is tracking center, I think I’m gonna do the clutch kit too. I did put a gates kevlar belt on it this last time so I’ll go oem on the next one.

That might be part of it as some aftermarket belts are a tad wider and tighter than oem belts as many have found out.
