330 magnum charging

My 2004 polaris 330 magnum doesn't charge the battery. I replaced the regulator and he stator tests ok with a continuity check. Any ideas?

Have you checked voltage across the battery with the engine revved up a little bit ? Should be over 13 volts ?

The voltage doesn’t change when I rev the motor. It stays at around 12.4 v.

If the stator checks ok it's either the regulator { again } or the regulator ground or the red wire from regulator to battery is defective .
