I am having a lot of running issues with this bike and need someones input. I checked the trigger coil and got the following result,.... 380 blk to red / no connection black to ground, but capacitor coil was, brown to yellow, 15.6 ( specs are 5.4-7.3) and brown to ground 6.4 ( specs are 0). Bike runs fin up to 1/3 throttle the bogs down and backfires through the exhaust. It will bog to the point where it is hardly running with full throttle. Been through carb, plugs, fuel pump, compression, and all are ok. Could the capacitor coil be problem. It has original ignition system.
