I've read thru the threads I could find about my problems to no avail. Just picked this up for my grandson. Starter switch does nothing, no horn. Brake light harness has power when brake is set (no taillight present though). Starter spins engine when jumped direct. No spark with key on and switch in on position and jumping starter. Deadman switch functioning correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Neutral light and reverse light function properly.
