Just another 2012 Polaris problem
#1
I purchased a 2012 Polaris crew cab 800 EFI special edition 2 years ago. Recently it started doggin it out about 30 miles per hour, usually runs about 4042. Replaced fuel pump, fuel pump pressure regulator, checked all the wiring, replaced the TPS sensor, took throttle body apart cleaned everything including TPS reinstalled it and adjusted everything properly. Still doing it. Took it apart realized I hadn't replace the hose from the fuel pump to the top of the unit. Replaced it as it came with the new kit that already installed, looking at the old hose found a hole in it. Installed the new one thought I had the problem fixed no such luck got up to temperature hit about 28 30 miles an hour and it dies out like its starving for fuel. It will maintain that speed but it will not go any faster. This was yesterday went out today to start it and it just turns over like it is not firing or getting fuel I can hear the fuel pump going and I did a tune up with new plugs Etc and oil change when I done the fuel pump. Could somebody please tell me what's up? I am going nuts
