Default 2000 Polaris Scrambler 400 2stroke 4x4 Won’t run after bore

Yes I just bored out the cylinder.080 and totally cleaned and rebuilt the carb and now the damn thing won’t run!! I did everything correct and I’m wondering if maybe I need bigger carb or jet kit what has your experience brought you answers to this situation?? I did compression check and it’s only 60psi. I put new stock reed valves in also I have spark **** the spark plug comes out wet even I just am getting really frustrated with this machine but she is my favorite to ride!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

No manual so i don't know for sure but the compression seems low to me.
When you checked the compression did you do it with the carb wide open? Closed will affect the numbers. Also you can try putting about a teaspoon of oil in the cylinder and take another compression check. Be sure to spin it until the needle stops moving on the gauge..Maybe its just flooded and try a new plug.
Im no expert. Just trying to help
