I have a 2009 Sportsman 500 HO, its been sitting for a couple years, trying to get it running again.

The AWD light is not coming on the dash when i turn AWD and ive jacked all 4 tires up and tested and the front tires arent spinning. Ive taken the pod apart and checked the wires and connections, found a few cracked wires and repaired them all, still no light and no AWD. Looking for any suggestions. The pod looks like it works fine, gear selection shows up, gauges work. All the fuses are good. Anyone ran into this problem on a 09 Sportsman?

 

id like to add, I used a multimeter and tested the awd switch and the connector at the front diff, i was getting 6v on the grey wire with the awd switch off and 12v with the awd switch on, dont know if this is how it should be.
