Everyone had some serious tread but him. We were climbing hills will roots the size of your arms/legs, and he couldn't make it up. Spent nearly one hour getting him turned around so he could go back down. There were many low spots right below the roots where people had spun, including his ride. There was no way he could make it. He was launching it ***** to the wall, but the tires would only get muddy and lose any tread they had at all. It was a rainy day. Maybe on the dry day, but not in the rain, the stock tires had no chance.

I went to look at one in person the other day wondering the same thing...will I even fit in it? Well, I was pretty surprised. I'm 6'4" and 255 lbs. and I fit in it no problem. Seat adjusts front to back something like 4 inches. The tilt wheel really helps too. Seating is comfortable. My right leg was stretched out at a comfortable angle. Left leg you have to keep bent a little due to a hump in the floor on that side. Not uncomfortable at all though. Overall, I was extremely impressed.

One side note...the dealer I talked to told me that there is so much demand for these on the west coast that if a dealer can get ahold of 5 or 6 at one time, all he has to do is make a call out there. They will send a semi to pick them up and guarantee the dealer $15K apiece for them...bone stock. Kinda sad but maybe this is the reason for the shortage in other parts of the country.

Don't get me wrong, because maybe you right, but if we always wait that possible next year model will be better, we probably never buy anything. IMHO

I was talking to one of the test riders on the weekend and he said they have something even better than the RZR coming out in 09. Stay tuned!!!

I have had a RZR since August. Rock slider nerfs, front and rear bumpers, Highlifter wheel spacers, aluminum wheels and Bigfoot tires. Also the FMF exhaust, plastic roof, and the cool steering wheel. It measures 54" wide with this setup. It is an absolute hoot. This is a great machine. Fun and easy. No other utility even comes close. It is roomy, agile, can go on all the ATV trails. Getting the motor out of the front seat or out from between the driver and passenger was brilliant. Why wait?
I expect a utility version, like a baby Ranger to be built on this platform. Dump box, unlockiing diff, with maybe the 500 motor and a lower price. It will sell like hotcakes, but I don't want one.

You'll fit the steering wheel is adjustable that will also make it easier to get in and out of. But I would just go sit in one and see for your self and the weight of the RZR will plow snow better than a four wheeler.
