Default 2004 Polaris Ranger Stalls after 15 min

Has anyone had this problem?- my 2004 Ranger stalls after about 15 minutes of operation once it gets up to operating temperature. I wait for 5 minutes or so and then it will restart. It runs fine for another 15 to 30 minutes then stalls again. There is spark getting to the plug after it stalls. I have run it with and without the gas cap on. The tank vents look fine. I'm running out of ideas and the dealer I talked to is clueless. Anyone have the answer??

Sounds like it could be a bad fuel pump.I would try putting in a glass fuel filter you can get at most auto stores and see if it is running dry.

Dont have access to bulletins, but your fuel pump may fall under affected units, good fuel pumps end in # 545 or # 595 (cant remember) on pump body,if other #on pump check bulletins for your year. We still get Polaris to warranty some of machines even out of warranty! Good luck.
