ok, i switched the gas, ran it for a while, it now lets me run about 20 in first,30 in second and 35 in third before cutting out like its out of gas, it is better though, maybe i should keep trying? it revs a little better,but still cuts out at maybe a quarter throttle,

 

You may still have junk in the tank or something, you may have to drain it again and see if it helps. Sta-bil will not dilute the ratio and the instructions for mixing are on the container, I think it is 1 ounce per 2.5 gallons.

 

I run fuel stabilizer threw the hole system, then I'll turn the gas off. And run the carb dry, useing the choke also to get all of the fuel out. Pull the plug out and spray WD 40 down the hole, back up with some air. Make sure your antifreeze is 50/50 and use distilled water in it.
