Default high comp. piston for predator

I seen an ad for an 11.6:1 piston set for the pred. I was wondering if this thing would be worth the aggrevation of putting it in?
And how are those 530 and 630 big bore kits are they any good can you tell a differance. I'm looking for a little more low end power-does anyone offer cams for this thing yet?

Just my opinion, but just dropping in a piston probably won't get you as much of a gain as getting a complete setup (porting, cams, springs, valves, pipe, carb). I think you hinted at that. Sure higher compression is related to higher HP, but to fully tap that, you'll need more. I did see one on e-bay. Never hurts to pick one up and have it ready. Got to play around a 600 unit the other day. Whoa!.

The Superbike 580 kit is available and working really well. 16 to 18 hp increase over stock with ported head and valves. (stock cams).
