Default TB 250 piston

i've seen a lot of postings saying the two stroke stock piston will crack or break. good news, reason to mod. just curious how long do i have before i start to worry. it's only a month old and mostly riden by wife (sorry, but obvious joke inserted here). she doesn't have the ***** (i warned you) to really stretch it out, but when i ride i give it all it can take.
thanks!

I wouldn't really worry alot about it breaking right away, maybe in a year or two when you get some hours on it and are ready to mod it, then get a Wiseco piston. I think it took my Scrammy about 3 years with mods to break the skirt all to heck, so just listen and don't hurry for a while. If you start hearing strange clicking noises though, go ahead and replace it.
