I prefer HPD all the way then RCR and lastly Hotseat Performance but
only there clutches and suspension kits. There are other pipes out there
but you need to stay with someone how has a clutch kit that complements
the pipe. Most kits will include a recommended jet.

HPD is the best way to go. Yes it is a little more money but well worth it.

RCR is the closest thing to HPD. The big difference is that HPD is not hand made like rcr. Rick designs his own pipes but the performance is pretty close. RCR had problems a while back with brackets breaking but this problem has been corrected. I also like the service that rick can give. He will deal with you personally. Not like a big company where you talk to a middle man. Rick is the man to talk to.

Why not just trade it in on a 400? Then when you want to go really fast, you've got something to work with.

Stock it is around 50-52mph. With those mods that you mentioned it will be around 56-57mph. The porting and bigger carb really brings the speed up to over 60 mph. I would start with the pipe and clutch kit and then go from there.
