Call Rick. He will help you get it dialed in. He's extremely patient and knowledgeable and won't get off the phone with you until he's sure he has answered all your questions and you understand what he said. Top notch guy and products.
His phone number is 618-644-3211. I hope all works out for you.

Listen to me Please if you want to save time and Green Backs. If you don"t listen to me you WILL BURN IT UP OR Foul It OUT>
HEREs WANT TO DO GET A DIAL A JET. It is made by THUNDER PRODUCTS and its about 70.00 dollars BUT< IT WORK GREAT.
I HAVE a HPD race kit with the 39mm carb and I've had all kinds of jetting problems . Sometimes it was fine and the next day it was rich, then the next day it was lean and the temp didn't change to much.THIS WAS NUTS>>> AND AS YOU ARE FINDING OUT IT GETS HARDER AS YOU ADD MODS.
THE Dial a Jet works better if you lean out the carb.
IT will never dog out your atv when it gets hot.
Out side tems won't matter as much and when it does all you do is turn a dail for more rich or lean.
I have been though it all with the 400 and the best thing I did is the dail a jet.
One more thing the kehin 39 mm is a harder carb to get right so It always seems to be lean in the mids and that is where A 400 is best.

Excellent choice Outstanding customer service is what brings in customers. You can have a great product, but if you dont stand behind that product or have lousy service, then you will have a lousy business. Word of mouth is one of the best ways to advertise a product or business. I bought my stuff through Rick and was very happy with the transaction. So, in return I will recommend him whenever I can.
