AZ Riding Pics
#1
Well, after getting into a motorcycle accident a few months ago, I've been spending time recuperating. But, that's behind me now, and I'm out on the ATV trails again! Last time I was on this forum, I said I would post some pics from here in the Mohave desert, AZ. Well, better late then never. Here's the url, and the pics are in the ATV album:

I'll try to keep adding to the album as time goes by. Any questions or comments, let me know.
BTW: I didn't take my digital camera along for these pics, as we do some heavy riding. Instead, I used a cheap disposable, and scanned the results. Not great, but it's nice to not have to worry about the camera.
Regards,
AZ_Mike

Thanks, COB. I'm really getting into the terrain out here (I'm from Long Island, NY, and it's like night-and-day). Heck, the riding areas alone around here, on BLM land, are bigger than all of Long Island! I feel like I have a HUGE playground to explore (and the GPS is almost a necessity).
Oh yea, after seeing your cool Moab pics, I thought I'd see how far Moab is from me (heck AZ and UT are border states). Well, it looks like it's a little further than I thought! According to mapblast.com, it's a good 9 hour drive from Lake Havasu City, AZ, to Moab, UT. Oh well, guess that's a little far, for a day trip, but who knows.
