Doas anyone have any idea on where to get a manual for a 00 trail boss? The uni-manual they give you is to vague, need more info.

You may want to try the dealer again. They recently came out with model specific manuals. The Sportsman 335/500 service manual that I have is excellent. Some dealers don't seem to know about the new manuals. If your's doesn't, quote the Sportsman number and he should find the others. The Sportsman service manual number is 9915686.

What year Sportsmans does the manual cover?

The Sportsman manual covers the SP500 from '96 to '00, and the SP335 from '99 to '00.

Me again. Just noticed you are from Canada. The cost of the manual was $47 Canadian. Well worth the money.

Just wondering if it also covered 96 Xplorer 400. I have had a devil of a time trying to find one for my ride.

I did get the Parts Liting from the Polaris site though.

 

Sorry Loyal, strictly the Sportsman. But, these are newer, MODEL SPECIFIC, manuals, as apposed to Polaris's old "Master Service manual" approach that covered many models. I would bet there is one from Polaris for your model. My experience so far is that many dealers don't know the manuals exist yet.
