If that's the two your looken at i would suggust getting the 500 ho... plenty enough power for hunting, fishing, rideing, etc. Plus the griz is really top heavy! Easy to tip over in a bad situation!!!!!

 

Thanks for all the replys and thoughts on the subect. I went with the 2003 Polaris 500 H.O.. I also agree the Griz is a great machine but for my intended use it's a little overkill. I'll be back and writing as to the 500 's attributes. Thanks again.
