Trailboss or Ozark
#3
having a trail boss, i would recommend it. go to the dealers and ride each to see which you like, afterall it is your money. i would also check out any performance kits offered for both. sooner or later, you're going to want more out of either one. i haven't had any troubles with mine mechanically at all, i may over do the maintenance, but i'd rather do that than hope it doesn't break down. have fun with either you choose and welcome to the forum.

Like scootergptx said, you will want more out of either one. I looked and dicided on the Trail Boss. I did mod. it with a WB Slip On, K&N, vented air box and a 145 main jet with an EPI Red primary clutch spring - goes like hell now.
Buy what you want. Just look part for part and see which one is better and rides best for you. I have no regrets.

I've had my trailboss 330 since November and dollar for dollar it has treated me right with no mechanical problems. I'm very pleased with it's handling and ride and would recommend it to anyone. The only downside is I wish it had more power but that's just another project waiting to happen and I would want it to go faster even if it was a larger machine.
I may grow old but I refuse to grow up

Just my two cents worth, I have a great time on my '02 Trailboss 325. Not the fastest thing but it does what I ask. Thinking about adding a clutch kit to wake it up. Ride as many different quads as you can and then make the decision that is best for you. Good luck!
