Most of the head mods and carb boring at my shop is done after hours by our local county sheriff .

I like seeing a squad car in my driveway .

interesting, wouldn't that change the shape of the venturi and make it harder to vaporize the fuel?

we have a guy that rides his banshee by my house right down the road to get to state land that we are not even supposed to be able to ride on legally and he has had local cops and state troopers drive right on by him on more than one occasion . i will say though that he was only going 5-10 mph and had all his safety gear on and was riding quite responsibly , other than the fact that he was on the road and on his way to state land that we are not supposed to be on with our atvs

Well I don't know how it is where you guys live, but here as long as your riding responsibly, your usually left alone. There are a lot of farmers around here that use there quads to get there work done, and they have to ride from one field to the other. It's just kind of understood that as long as your not causing problems, or cruising down the interstate, that your fine. The only time I end up writing an ATV rider for anything is when i get a lot of complaints about them or they are just plain being stupid.
