suggestions on how to lower a trailblazer

Default suggestions on how to lower a trailblazer

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to lower a trailblazer or can it be done without a ton of work and $$$?

For 1 you can go with smaller tires. The stock ones are pretty high. You can go with 20-11-10 instaed of 22-11-10

Default suggestions on how to lower a trailblazer

If you have access to a welder and can weld pretty well, you can cut the front strut mounts and lower them. For the rear you can move the rear shock mount to lower them. I think hotseat also offers some replacement springs that lower it about 1 inch. Mine is lowered, you can look at my pics.

when you lowered the front did you have to change the springs? Also, did you just cut the shock supports off and move them down? Thanks again!

Yeah it has different springs, I'll have to measure them and see what the lenght on them are, don't remember. Yes I just cut the shock supports and moved them down.
