I just ordered a kn power kit and a fmf pipe and i was wondering how do i install the jets. Do i need any special tools or what. And i seen all you guys talking bout how fmf stopped makin there pipes for the 500 but i ordered one. i hope it will give me more bottom end cuz im tired of my pipe

You sound desperate and I'll make this a simple as possible.
Take off the carb and flip it over.Pull the float bowl off and look inside. Find two jets looking exactly like the ones you received in the mail. With a screw driver remove old jets and replace with new ones.

you seem to say that your 500 is so much faster than a 400 but you don't know how to change jets?

 

Thanks alot i owe you one i knew that i wouldnt be to hard. But im only 15 and i spend on my money on my bike(no i dont tear it up like most) and i wanted to make sure i did it right.
