92 Polaris 4x2 Should I buy it???

Hello Folks,
I was wondering if you would recommend buying an ATV as old as the one I am looking it. I came across a 1992 250cc 4x2 Polaris. It needs some work including, clutch bearings, new battery, tires, seat and body work.. I can get the ATV for $200 US. I was wondering if it would be difficult to get the parts I need for that ATV, or would they be relatively easy to find. I always wondered about the sport and figure this would be a great way to check it out without dumping a load of cash on a new one only to find out it's not for me... Any help would be great!

You can ebay all the parts you want if you take your time. But check the engine real close before you get it.

The price is right, and the 250 is a good engine, but beware, if it needs that much, it may turn into a money pit.
IF the engine is solid, it is probably worth it, but be warned if the clutches have been neglected so long they are ruined, new ones are another $300+ might not be worth the money if the rest of the machine has a lot of wear.
On the bright side, you should be able to find used clutch parts on e-bay for much less than that, especially for an older machine, if you are willing to wait for them to show up.
If the engine is good and the frame solid, I would probably buy it.
