Motor mounts & wiring from engine
I recently purchased a 1999 Polaris 250 Trailblazer that the engine was out of for repairs. I am reinstalling it, but I do not know which route to take the wiring from the engine, in the vacinity of the oil pump, to the CDI and other controls in the front of the 4-wheeler. Does it run on the left with the tail light wiring or the right side of the frame? Also, I have a diagram of the motor mounts for a 2000 Trailblazer showing a insulator spacer on the top motor mount. What is it? How do you go about aligning the engine to the transmission. how tight should the engine mount nuts be?
Hope someone can help? I am anxious to get this running.
What is the best manual for this ATV and where can I get one soon?

If you're doing this yourself, Hot Seat (hotseatperformance.com) has a nifty jig that slides over the shaft of the trans, and the engine. They also have some clutch alignment tools that are very important to use. You might want to get the motor in place, then have a dealer finish the install to make sure the clutches are aligned.
