Antifreeze in the counterbalance

Default Antifreeze in the counterbalance

How much trouble will I have replacing the seals?Any input will help I have never had to do this.

Default Antifreeze in the counterbalance

It's not a bad job. The two seals look almost the same, except one has an additional lip. You also have to take into consideration if the counterbalancer shaft has enough of a groove worn in it...just changing the seals might not do it. There are some place to get it repaired, cause a new one is over $300 as I remember.
