All New Polaris Model...

My guess is that with the sp500 and the magnum they have the utility market pretty well covered.
As far as utility goes if people dont buy a polaris its because they dont want one. They have all motor sizes and suspension types available. My guess is that they will continue to expand with models based on the new 5 speed trans. Probubly a 500cc manual shift with the 5 speed in a new sport frame (scramblers suck face it) and the replacement for the scrambler in the new frame with new auto with EBS. My guess is they will test their new auto in sport models first because they are less demanding on powertrain strength. Also a cheaply built overpriced (like all the rest) kids quad must be in the works. Whatever they do im shure it will be styled by
Stinkifell DeBlowhard with handeling by Lotus.
Built in america by homless children with parts made in china designed in japan and refined in mexico.

If they were to build a new machine, I would hope it would be a high perf machine. They have the know-how to do it, as the Victory motocycle line has, of course, full manual trannies. If they could bring a full manual to a good engine, (I know Fuji has many engines avaliable) and put it in a light wieght frame, it would be awesome.
But I still like the CVT tranny, they are extrememly tunable if you know what you are doing, and would not mind seeing a true high perf machine with one.
And YAMA, as for Polaris producing a kids quad, you are behind the times, 3 of them are due out this summer. Sportsman 90, Scrambler 90, and Scrambler 50.

I'm a Honda fan, and I won't deny it. But if Polaris took the SP500, through the trashy belt drive away and replaced with a 5 speed manual. Then reduced the number of grease fittings by at least half, I would seriously consider it. 50lbs lighter would be good to. 700lbs is just way too much.
Now I know alot of you don't mind greasing and don't mind the belt drive. This is just what I would like to see Polaris do.
