Default oil injector pump bypass help

I have a 2000 trailblazer that i think the oil injector pump is bad on. I want to delete it and start premixing. anyone out there done this? Ive already tried to just diaconnect the cable, inlet and outlet, drain the oil and gas and then filled it with 32:1 but it barely runs. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to buy an oil injection block off kit, you can remove the tank and oil injection mechanism is replaced with an aluminum post that goes in the crank and a plate covers the hole. HPD sells the kit, I think its around $19.

Why do I have to actually remove the pump. Just unhooking wont work? What ratio do you run? HPD- what does that stand for? do they have a web sight?

HPD stands for High Performace Designs and they are the best people to go to for polais atv accessories. I have many HPD mods on my 400 sport including the oil injection block off. The kit will come with instructions and is not bad to put on if you have some tools and mechanical experience. HPD's website is www.hpd-inc.com Hope I have helped.
