Does better filter need jet change?

Default Air filter
If I replace the stock air filter on my stock 2002 trailblazer 250 with a K&N, would I have to rejet the carb? Thanks, Scott.

Probably not if you leave the air box lid on,
but for any noticeable power gain you’ll definitely need to remove the lid and rejet.
