Front sprocket

If you want to gear it down to make it more rideable in the woods, a 13 tooth is the way to go. I went ahead and put a 39 tooth on the rear of mine. Unless you have long straight runs, where top end is what you need, I'd recommend that gearing. You could try just putting on the 13 and see if that is what you like. It will rev quicker and you'll pick up more on the low end. I needed to go lower on mine, because of where we ride. Lot's of rocks to climb, and steep hills, the stock gearing was useless there.
I would also recommend going to Sidewinder website and buying at least the hi tool steel sprockets. They are a little more expensive, but will last longer than the aluminum.
Hope that helps

Give Sprocket Specialists a call. They have a 13T for the pred. it is off one of the 650 Honda bikes, but they put up a new listing for the predator. It's $20 for the 13T.

Thanks Scott. Does Sidewinder have the 13 tooth sprockets? I have read around here and other places that you have to use the one off of a honda xr650l or something.
