Default Scrambler HPD Exhaust & Clutch HELP!!!

I dont know then. When I ordred, Mike didn't seem too friendly and when I called him about the clutch issue, all he said was '3-2? It said that on the paperwork, maybe you got the wrong instructions....'

Needless to say, I was less than impressed with their helpfulness and courtesy.

Maybe I am starving my quad currently. Any way I can buy that jet off you? I need to check my plug after this weekend.

My pipe have a little bit of a blue sheen to it, which can signify too lean, but hte quad is running well. Did your pipe change color slightly? I think nickel does do that under high heat.

I have some blue at the head of the pipe. The last time I checked my plug, it was black. So, I thought I was running rich. The people on here that run slip-ons run a 160 main jet. So I really don't know why I got a 165. Maybe because of the full exhaust??? Either way, check you plug and if it seems like it is running lean, PM me your address and I'll send you that 165 jet

True, I have found that if you drill the 2 rivits at the very front of the plastic (under the front of the nose cone) and replace them with bolts, it make it a lot easier to remove the plastic.

Just let know about that jet. I would be happy to send it to you, I have no use for it anymore

Just to let you both know, my rivets are loose enough that I can slide it apart and put it back together between the rivets, just have to get it in like a v position and pull up on one side down on the other and it will come apart. But... maybe that is just my worn out rivets?? LOL Just thought I would mention it.

I found out that is the way mine is as well. Works pretty well and holds together fine.
