Pred vs Rap real world.

IMO for trails....I'd have to say the Rappy....
Don't get me wrong...I love the Predator, and in a drag, the Predator will win.
But, the Predator does not have reverse (a real big turn off for trail riding). I ride w/ both bikes and those on the Raptors have a much easier time on trails.
You should change the tires on a Rappy (to say Razrs or Bandits) b/c it will give it more stability.
If your real serious about the BEST trail rider....get the V-Force. Not saying it just b/c I have one...they just rule on trails for many...many reasons.

hes not saying its the balance, hell the bike is set up to not wheelie coming out of a corner when you get on the power..everyone just assumes its cause its nose heavy, but its not, its SET UP TO DO THAT..
I cant speak for the banshee as i have no experience with it...

the rear suspension is set up so that when u gas hard. from a stop or comming outta a corner, the thing wont wheelie, hell it barly compresses the rear suspension on a hard acceleration, they designed it that way to b easier to race. not cus its nose heavy....where in hell did u get that idea?!? the nose doesnt even look heavy.

Thanks for all the post so far. I am still up in the air. But I did have an opporunity to sit on a new yfz ( white red frame). It is the baddest looking quad i have ever seen. But at 6800 + tax. Wow. I would get it if I thought it would not get destoyed on the trails. Still torn keep the post coming thanks. Mike r
