Trail Boss Aftermarket wheels
#1
I want to buy a new trailboss 330 but I don't like the white steel wheels. Does anyone know if you can get aluminum wheels straight from polaris on these. If not is there any aftermarket companies that make them to fit. Does anyone have them. If so how much did they cost.
Thanks

The 04 has silver wheels(steel) if that matters.Have you spent any time on a Trailboss 330? just curious what you like about(I'm considering buying one as well)

I never knew the 04 wheels were silver I still would like to get aluminum for it. No I never rode one. I had a 250 and liked it. I'm thinking about it for what you get for the price.

They also changed the racks to silver & the seat is now black with Polaris written on it.I think overall it looks better than the 03.04 Trailboss
I rode an 03 yesterday & really like the comfort,it really sucks up the roots & rocks, the power is ok but I never had a chance to really hammer the throttle.I know what you mean about the aluminum rims, definately would look
nice.If I see anything about aluminum rims,I'll let you know

I've had my Trail Boss for a few weeks now and have ridden it quite a bit.
it seems like a reliable machine with pretty good suspension. I wish it had a little stronger pull and top end.
I've climbed the thing up some pretty narly hills where I was sure I was going to need 4wheel drive. The thing is a mountain goat.
It climbs well, it's crawled over all kinds of fair sized rocks.
Basically I've been surprised that a quad at this price would perform this well.
I have few questions though..Are these things rev governed? Seems I should be able to rev the engine out a bit higher.
Also what is the stock jetting on these and is it jetted for sea level?
Do I need special tools to tune the clutch?
