how to get a stripped screw out{ the screw to take the oil pump off} { 400 scrambler

 

Drill the head of the screw and then tap it

 

try using a easy out

 

If it is the screws to get the cover plate off I did the same thing when I took my oil injection off. Drill the heads off all the screws and then take the cover off. Then use a set of vise-grips to loosen the screws. They should come right out after this. PM me if you have anymore questions.

 

I stripped the screws on the carb float assembly. Take a dremel or even a jig saw with a metel blade and cut a slot in the screw. Use a large philips. Done!
