Default scrambler right front axle problem

1). it is fairly common

2) it should be covered under warranty

3) 99% of the time it is the rolled spring pin getting worn. If you replace the spring pin as soon as you notice looseness, or soon after, it usually tightens back to 'like new'. If for some reason, they don't want to do it under warranty, buy the new pin, and replace it yourself. Get a punch & hammer. Drive the old pin about halfway out. Start the new pin where the punch was, and drive it in, using the new pin to finish driving the old one out. When it is even on both sides, you are done.
