I own a 500 predator and it is junk. It breaks something every ride. I bought the extended warranty and it is worthless. My dealer has refused to even turn it in to Polaris and says if he does, he will loose his dealership. As a company, they do not believe in customer service if they threaten to jerk a dealership over a warranty claim. DO NOT BUY A POLARIS PRODUCT

Your problem is with the dealer that refuses to turn in a warranty claim. Might I suggest contacting Polaris directly. I have worked in the automotive industry for several years and even though we are not talking about cars they have the same kind of buisness ethics. Try to get in touch with the area rep and if that does not work keep climbing higher until you get satisfaction. The only reason I can see them yanking the dealership from them is if they have had a huge amount of warranty claims against them and that is not your problem. Any way this is just my opinion for what it is worth??????

You are half right. I found out on this forum some people got some of there there plastic replaced. I paid $160 My dealer, Evansville Super Bike Shop, refused to turn it in. The air box broke this weekend and I told him my old 400ex never had problems like this and it has been thrashed. The owner told me to go buy anouther Honda. I also had one of his air force kits and he has to alter the airbox for it. He adds anouther filter. The motor sucked so hard it pulled it out and digested it. I ordered new webbing for the factory nerf bars that i bought with the machine in march and I still do not have it. The originals lasted 2 months along with the front plastic. I also have a Ranger and when I bought it I bought a windshild kit for it. It tooks 3 months to get it but new ones came into the dealer with them. I think my dealer is a crook.

Evansville Super Bike Shop.............Others on the forum have complained of poor customer service as well, if I was you, I would contact Polaris and explain to them the problems you have had. I have a feeling you may get your $160 back, and your bike fixed correctly.
P.S. Be sure to tell them about the "go buy another Honda" as well.
