Hey, i have a 1996 trail blazer 250 and i was wondering what the best mod for the price would be to get the most horsepower out of it.

The biggest hp gain from the start would be a good pipe. A pipe can give you about 7- 8hp gain. There are tons of things you can do to the 250's to make them very quick. If you are on a budget then start with the rcr stage 1 kit. It will give you great performance gains.

hey is your trail blazer a 250 or a 400? and with all those mods how much faster do you think it goes now vs. how fast it went stock?

 

I have a 250TB. I have had a top speed of 67mph. But with the gearing that I am running now it is about 63-64mph. I do alot of trail riding and hill climbing so I like it to be geared low. Stock is around 52mph so yes it made a huge difference in performance. Best of all I only spent about $700 on all the mods.

 

700$ thats a good price and 96trailblazer250 they only started making the 400 trailblazer last year and they don't make them anymore sad huh?

 

yea it is damn shame, but if you want a filter and jetts go with UNI.
