im so pissed i ordered a upper stearing post bushing from hotseat performance,well it came in today and it wasnt the right part..the one they sent me was for the pre 2001,when i ordered i talked to jim krant i think it was and i told him i needed it for the 2002 scrambler 400 he said yup we have them ill send one right out to ya..well today i called and talked to him and told him it was the wrong part and again i said it was for the 2002..the dumba$$ tried telling me i told him it was for a pre 2001,and when i told him no i told you 02 he pretty much called me a lier and kept insisting i was wrong.i told him listen buddy I TOLD YOU 02 and then he said well we dont make them for 2004 yet lol how many times is the guy going to get it wrong,its a 02 damnit..i dont think im going to deal with hotseat anymore this guy seemed like a a$$..any way hpd or hotseat dont make the bushing for 02's so who does besides polaris?thanks for the help..

 

Sorry to hear about your problems. You can maybe try EPI (Erlandson Performance) they might carry the comparable replacement unit....not a mod one like the Hot Seat one. In their latest catalogue, the only one they offer is for the pre- 2001.
