reed spacer?

Default reed spacer?

i have v-force reeds in my scrambler and was just wondering if a reed spacer would be worth the money or not?thanks

I think it's worth it but many people disagree.I like the idea of getting the reeds as far away from the heat as possible.

Go along with CED on this one. Worst enemy of the carbon reeds is heat and vibration, the spacer gets them a bit further away from da combustion. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

stronger low end power and response with the spacer but at top end expand,the reeds life is longer with the spacer too,you have to choose
if you want more low end or top end.
