don't trust polaris

alright its acting up again,the filters are clean,fresh gas and oil..the thing will run fine,untill i hold it pinned and get close to top speed,then it dies like its running out of gas.if i let off while its boggin down and then feather the gas it will run,other times it wont unkless i pull the choke..please someone help me,im about to give it to trailblazerguy[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

i would change the sparkplug any ways and would clean the carb its real easy to do. make sure to clean the float valve sounds like you have a fuel delivery problem. I had the same prob.

 

I was reading a post earlier.with the seat off,below the tank there is a carb vent tube,(2 clear tubes that have a t & go into 1)around the foam.appearantly this tube should have a filter.Start it up & block this tube with your finger,it will die.All polaris have this & I have read every make doing this at one time or another.
