Default 2004 Scrambler Plastic???

lol
Well I was just curious Since this is how it looked when I 1st Got it!
I've only rode 2-3hrs, Breaking in my baby...
I was a lil hard on her... But I greased & lubed her up after the 1st wash!!!
But I'm still in love.... lol I think my Wife is jealous... lol

By the way, Does anybody know on How I should Break her in?
I know I should be a lil easy... Yea... Anything Else I should be concerned about?
I did notice the coolant was low... I heard that was usally the case with new bikes..
But if anyone knows of anything else, Just leave a note...

Thanx again for all the help!!!

The manual says to not run it at full throttle for extended periods.....and change the oil after your first 2 tanks (10hrs or so).....that's about it for the break-in stuff......just use your head and you and your quad will be fine.

One thing to stress is maintenance and general upkeep.....these things are like cars except every time you take a quad out for a ride it takes the abuse of 1000+ car miles.....they need to be tended to on a regular basis.

Go to your dealer or the Pure Polaris website and get yourself a maintenance manual....it'll save you a bundle in the long run.

Heh, speaking of black plastics. i got a new 03 blaster a few months back, its black with red trim.at first i tried like heck to keep it spotless, and i didnt want to scratch it at all, but after 1 day of riding i found out that its impossible to keep a black quad looking brand new. just keep this in mind, scratches and dents show the kind of rider you are, and shows your not affraid to get dirty. now my quad has more scratches than cc's, lol. but it doesnt stop me from enjoying my self to no limit .
