Default whine on a Scrambler

This might be nothing, but my Scrmabler has a loud whine when I rev the engine, I have never owned a 4-wheeler before so this might be nothing, but it seems that it whines more than it should. Any help is appreciated.

Do you mean in neutral?

The belt will whine when you ride,,as it gets, and loses traction on the clutch sheeves.

Default whine on a Scrambler

Hi there,
I also have a 2002 4x4 Scrambler. I have done some hard riding with it. It's very reliable, comfortable and powerful. Only problem I have had is the chain (had it changed, my advice is not to jump too much with your machine) and the rims (they are a little weak so watch out if you are riding on rocky trails). Overall, I am very satisfied. Happy riding!!
