how many discs are you guys running? i have all eight in right now and the quite core but im thinkin about backin it down to around 4 to quiet it a bit, just wanted your imput

 

That would definatly quiet down a little. But you are going to loose some performance. How much who knows. Less flow=less noise=less power (at least to some degree). Try it and see if you like it. It definatly will not hurt anything.
