cutting plastic

i want to know the best way to trim the plastic on my trail blazer the edges are a little torn up some trimming would be a great alternative to new plastic

You can use a dremmel with a steady hand. They work very good but make sure you draw your cutting lines first. Then use a file for the final shaping.
